FlatFit Size Chart ("the App") is provided by Rokas Lukosevicius. This policy explains what information the App collects when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Store information: your shop domain and the access token Shopify issues when you install the App, so the App can work with your store.
• Size charts you create: chart names, sizes, measurements, translations, and which products, collections, tags, vendors or product types each chart is assigned to, including product and collection names you pick.
• Staff account details that Shopify includes in the login session (such as name and email of the staff member using the App), used only to keep you signed in.

The App does not collect, store or process any information about your customers. The size chart shown on your storefront runs entirely in the shopper's browser and makes no requests to our servers. A shopper's preferred unit (cm or inches) is remembered in their own browser only.

How we use information

Only to provide the App: saving your charts, showing them on your store, and answering your support requests. We do not sell or rent any information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers that host the App (servers and database), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law. Billing is handled by Shopify; we never see payment details.

Retention and deletion

You can export all your charts from the App at any time. When you uninstall the App, billing stops immediately, and Shopify removes the App's data from your store. All information we hold about your store is permanently deleted 48 hours after uninstall, when Shopify sends the shop deletion request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who operate the App.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify merchants by email.
